Bike Week Registration Process

To get your child registered quickly, please follow these steps:

1. Print Forms

Download, print and carefully read the forms in the right-hand column. This information is also in the For Parents section.

2. Complete and Send Forms

With your camper, fill out the Camper Commitment.  On your own, complete the Release Form and Camper's Medical Information form and send all three documents to:

3. Register On-line

Click Registration Form and complete all information.

4. Plan for Orientation

Mark you calendar to attend one of the MANDATORY orientation meetings held on Monday, June 16th and Monday, June 30th at Concordia University Gymnasium at 6:30 pm.

5. Pay On-line

After receiving your on-line registration application, Camper Commitment and Release Form, we will e-mail you a link to our confidential "Payment" page.

6. Receive Confirmation and Parent Handbook

After payment is processed, we will send you your Parent Handbook and confirm your camper's week and session.
